Building work has commenced on a project we have designed the plans for in Sutton Bonington, Leicestershire. The brief for this project is to create a first floor extension to the front of the property which internally will showcase a master bedroom en suite. A rear kitchen extension and a complete remodel bring this 1970s house up to date. We look forward to seeing the results!

• Construct a central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling.
• Create a contemporary, clean lined extension that is to be consistent with the
look and style of the image on the front page.

the back.

Extend the kitchen into the side return to finish flush with the back wall.
Construct a timber framed mono pitched roof.
Create an opening within the roof to accommodate a large sky light.
Create an opening within the rear wall to accommodate folding doors.

OUR CLIENT OWNER OF INNER BEAUTY LEICESTER WANTED TO CREATE A SEPARATE SPACE TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER HER BEAUTY TREATMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS FROM HOME, WE DESIGNED THIS STUNNING CEDAR CLAD RETREAT IN THE REAR GARDEN WITH SEPARATE PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE.
