WE DESIGNED THIS IMPRESSIVE SWIMMING POOL EXTENSION IN LEICESTERSHIRE. THE LEISURE COMPLEX IS LINKED TO THE MAIN HOUSE, LARGE WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS OVERLOOK BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE AND WILL OPEN IT UP THROUGHOUT SUMMER MONTHS YET ALSO MAKE IT USABLE DURING THE WINTER.

Glazing installation has taken place on our site at Station Road, Cropston.
We cant wait to see the end results of this project its been such a exciting journey and its going to be a beautiful family home
UPDATE FROM BUDDON LANE, QUORN
Things are certainly taking shape on our Buddon Lane Quorn project, All the walls are built, the roof is on! the electrician and plumbers are on their first fix, and it will soon be watertight with the windows and doors being fitted next week! Stay posted to see the end results!
NEW DWELLINGS
We designed these new dwellings for Ashbrook Homes in Whetstone Leicestershire
The plot sits next to the local church which homed a old farmhouse, in its place we have designed three adjoining bungalows and the steels are in place for what will be a new farmhouse.
These spacious bungalows are light, bright and modern designed throughout. They have bi fold doors across the rear living space opening onto what will be low maintenance walled garden.

WORK SUMMARY
• Extend the house out towards to rear garden.
• Construct a central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling.
• Create a new WC under the stairs. Extend the hallway and create a new kitchen
entrance. Block up the opening between the front & rear reception.
SIZE OF EXTENSION
The approximate extension size is 5.00 metres deep by 5.70 metres full width across the back

We are super excited about this project, This is a complete house renovation and remodel, The house is having a large kitchen, snug and lounge extension to the rear, new windows throughout, porch design, New garage, internal alterations throughout.

• Construct a timber framed pitched-hip roof similar to the front page and 3D

• Create a new downstairs WC.
