Two projects we designed and were constructed by Plus Rooms are featured in the August 2015 edition of Ideal Homes. One of the projects features a side return and rear extension. The other project features a Loft Conversion, a two storey rear extension and a single storey side extension.

The photos below show the progression made on Plot 7 the four bedroom detached property in Leicestershire.
Works are moving swiftly along on Plot 6 with the internal fixtures and fittings going in shortly.
Plot 4 and 5 at the site in Leicestershire are nearing completion with the kitchens and bathrooms being fitted.
Plot 3 Barn Conversion in Leicestershire is really starting to take shape with the all the services completed inside and the flooring, bathrooms and kitchen going in soon.
The rebuild of this barn is now well underway with the roof rafters and steels now in, work has also begun on the inside of the barn, stripping it back ready for the new floors to be constructed.
Work is underway on this project in Leicestershire, the site is being cleared ready for work to begin on two detached four bedroom properties and a bungalow.

This project in now really starting to take shape (see last post on 10th June) the rear extension now has the windows and bi-fold doors fitted.
