Work is underway on this beautiful farmhouse in Leicestershire which is being refurbished. The farmhouse kitchen has been fitted to a high specification by Lewis and Hill kitchens with the beams left exposed keeping to the character of this building.
The pictures below show you the barn as it was and the progression carried out so far with the roof off, and the brick work re-pointed. Internally the steel portal frame and first floor joists are now in place.
Monocouche render has now been applied and the windows and doors fitted on this project, check out the pictures below.

A new project has now begun on a terraced house in Leicestershire, the pictures below show the first stage, with the outbuildings being demolished.
