We redesigned this once very dated Leicestershire 1930s home, The kitchen which once was a very dark space has now been opened up into a lovely light and bright living area. Our clients worked hard with the very talented kitchen designer Lewis & Hill and have successfully added interest by using a mixture of matt and polished surfaces in this stunning sleek kitchen design.

Things are certainly taking shape on our Buddon Lane Quorn project, All the walls are built, the roof is on! the electrician and plumbers are on their first fix, and it will soon be watertight with the windows and doors being fitted next week! Stay posted to see the end results!

We designed these new dwellings for Ashbrook Homes in Whetstone Leicestershire

The plot sits next to the local church which homed a old farmhouse, in its place we have designed three adjoining bungalows and the steels are in place for what will be a new farmhouse.

These spacious bungalows are light, bright and modern designed throughout. They have bi fold doors across the rear living space opening onto what will be low maintenance walled garden.

WORK SUMMARY
• Extend the house out towards to rear garden.
• Construct a central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling.
• Create a new WC under the stairs. Extend the hallway and create a new kitchen
entrance. Block up the opening between the front & rear reception.

SIZE OF EXTENSION

The approximate extension size is 5.00 metres deep by 5.70 metres full width across the back

WORK SUMMARY
• Demolish the existing rear extension retaining the floor slab.
• Extend the kitchen towards to rear garden.
• Construct a central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling.
• Re-tile the small bay roof and replace the guttering.
• Create a larger WC to accommodate coats and storage.

SIZE OF EXTENSION The approximate extension size is 4.00 metres deep by 3.20 metres wide.
