Building work has commenced on a project we have designed the plans for in Sutton Bonington, Leicestershire. The brief for this project is to create a first floor extension to the front of the property which internally will showcase a master bedroom en suite. A rear kitchen extension and a complete remodel bring this 1970s house up to date. We look forward to seeing the results!

We designed this stunning residential development which was initially used as offices in this beautiful country house in Market Harborough, The brief was to convert the main building Into 4 luxury high specification apartments, externally their is a bungalow which we extended and other outbuilding which were converted into habitable rooms.
