This charming countryside retreat required a new kitchen living area, the old conservatory has been removed and has been replaced with a large timber frame extension which will create the new family space.
The extension is wrapped around the beautiful courtyard, large openings where the glazing and french doors will sit will over look this quaint English Garden

These bespoke steps were created by timber shuttering filled with a concrete mix, The design has four sunken planter holes for planting as the client wanted to soften the width that the steps needed to be.

Before shot of this 1950s renovation we have designed in Leicestershire
We designed a loft conversion and side and rear single storey extension to this property updating this home and creating the family space required
aluminium frames add an instant update to the property and our client wanted crittal style doors which really set this extension off
Now just waiting for the zinc frame around the door and a lick of paint, fabulous transformation!
