We're Hiring – Join our Team

Our team is expanding due to some fantastic upcoming projects and we are looking for an
experienced bookkeeper / accounts assistant to join us.
A knowledge of accounts, purchase and sales ledger, and use of Sage accounts software is
ESSENTIAL, with the flexibility to provide additional administrative support.
You would be supporting and working alongside the existing team members together with
assisting the Director in the everyday office finance duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient
running of the day-to-day business.

Who we are looking for.

The ideal candidate would have 4 years experience of working in a similar role and be fully
conversant in Sage 50,accounts and Sage payroll. We are looking for an experienced
individual who can manage the accounts function duties would include but not be limited to;

• sales ledger
• purchase ledger
• bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• monthly payroll, expense reimbursement and pension
• maintain personnel holidays and absence records
• year end accounts up to trial balance
• insurance renewals
• liaising with clients and preparing quotes
• office admin – filing, ordering supplies, reception cover
• fleet management, MOT, service, road tax etc

The hours are to be agreed, full time preferred but part time would be considered.
