This new build home, based in Leicestershire, was an interesting and challenging project. Located within a conservation area we were faced with restrictions and had lots of communications with the local councils to ensure this proposal was viable.
Existing cottage demolished re-built about 6ft further back from its original position. The 5 bedroom house now sits looking out over fantastic views of the countryside and is a wonderful family home. With a swimming pool, gymnasium, and large kitchen which opens out onto the pool terrace our client was very pleased with the finished product. The property is interesting internally with spilt level living, and a spectacular walkway which bridges the main family home with the guest house.
