Rear Ext - Garage Door

This 3D model shows this rear extension at its full potential. By modelling the internal space we were able to provide our client with a real sense of how the space would feel and look not only from the outside but from inside too.

This project proposed to use a fully glazed "garage" style door which flipped open and allowed the outside in. From modelling this extension we were able to estimate the amount of light which would penetrate the new kitchen / living area and the impact the extension would have on the neighbouring property.
